Who can attend the iGo Conference?
The iGo Conference is open to any and all comers, individuals or groups, whether you've been with us or not.
Can I bring children?
Children are allowed, but childcare will not be provided, and parents will be responsible for their own children at all times during the conference.
Is there free parking available?
Yes, there is plenty of parking on site at the conference location.
Registration
How do I register?
You may
register online or by downloading the
form here and sending it to us by mail with your payment. Your registration is not final until we have received payment.
How do I pay my conference fee?
Conference fees may be paid by credit card online or by check in the mail. Full payment must be made at time of registration. If you are registering by mail, please be sure to include both your full payment and the registration form. You will not be registered without payment. You will receive a confirmation email when your payment is received and registration is confirmed. Mail all checks to:

What does my registration fee cover?
The registration fee covers all official conference activities including worship, all teaching sessions, and the Friday late night activities. Meals and housing have intentionally not been arranged or included in the cost to allow participants to make their own plans according to their budget.
Is there a group registration rate?
Yes. To groups of 8 or more, we are offering the early bird special of $39 per person until November 11th.
*Groups less than 8 can contact Danielle at danielle@igoglobal.org to negotiate a price.
How do I register a group?
In order to register a group you must register by mail. If you would like to do so, please download
this form and send it to our office with your payment. Contact Danielle at
danielle@igoglobal.org with any questions about group registration.
Can I cancel or transfer my registration?
Yes. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Full refunds are available on cancellations received by November 4th. No refunds will be given after November 4th. Registrations are transferable through November 18th. After November 18th all registrations are final.
Can I attend just one day at a discounted rate?
We encourage you to attend the entire conference, but you may attend just one day if your schedule makes that necessary. Unfortunately, there will not be any discounted rates for those who attend only one day.
TRAVEL, LODGING, & FOOD
Where should I stay during the conference?
You are responsible for finding your own housing for the weekend. If you need housing, there is a discounted rate of $89/night at the
Courtyard by Marriott in Mesquite, 5 minutes from the conference location. To reserve a room you should call the hotel directly at 972.681.3300, and tell them you are with the conference at LakePointe Church. If you have any questions, ask for the Sales Manager, Darlene Woods, and she will be happy to assist you.

Will iGo Global help me arrange lodging or roommates?
No. You are responsible for arranging your own lodging. We have arranged a discounted rate at a
local hotel to aid in this process, but iGo will not be available to aid in arranging lodging.
Will any airport pickup be provided?
There will not be any transportation provided to or from the airport. If you plan to fly in, you should make arrangements for travel to and from the airport. The iGo office will not be able to arrange or provide pickup for anyone attending the conference.
Where should I eat during the conference?
Participants are responsible for their own meals during the conference. There are many local restaurants that will offer a variety of choices and prices, and some restaurants are within walking distance. You will be given ample time between sessions to eat meals. iGo will provide a list of some local restaurants upon request. There will also be a coffee shop open at the conference location.
